{Allah is the Greater} It has been brought to the attention of The Observer that the County Commissioners are interested in Ital Iman even to the point of FBI investigation... it was even asked if Ital was a voodoo man. My reply is that the city fathers call a meeting with Ital Iman and ask their own questions...  Before I get any further in this writing I would like to print a quote of the past president of American Beach Home Owners Association which I think was great due to the fact that in the past she was said and her actions were on the side of Amelia Island Plantation. Annette Myers - September 17, 2001 The above statement shows a great change of heart which illustrates great deal of the residency of American Beach who came out to the September 17th meeting - this meeting changed the total vibration of the city fathers. The next meeting which was to discuss zoning changes was canceled at the last moment as all were gathered and ready to go in-then they were informed-from the above stated meeting September 17, 2001. It was decided by the city fathers that they would allow us to write in ballots whether or not we would have a CRA at American Beach but at the same time they scheduled a workshop to prove the benefits of CRA. THE FOLLOWING ARE THE WORDS OF -ITAL IMAN I - To the Nassau County fathers the night of September 17 2001.... "Let us briefly reflect/consider September 11, 2001 just six days earlier than this date September 17, 2001 great pyramid marks this date in time and history as the end of the rule of the current rulers of the past 6000 years. Men just six days ago sent an urgent signal around the world of their willingness to stand up for their convictions in accord of divine timing. I am not speaking for ones here- save we who are aware have convictions much stronger than the 911 signal. We ask you to meditatively reconsider your future plans concerning AMERICAN BEACH. We realize that the war on American abeach implicates international concerns, i.e., international bankers are involved. The president (George Bush) himself, a part of the Illuminati Global Union, hand picked Tony Brown, a puppet Negro to head a very strategic department in the U.S Department of Treasury and this Department just so happens to relate to CRA and American Beach etc., "oft times evil is ignorance not knowing itself to be so." In the case of Tony Brown and Judge Adams its only part true...Believe it or not New York City and American Beach have a lot in common. President Clinton, Tony Brown and Judge Adams serve the same god. NOTE: The above was all Ital was allowed to say, he was interrupted several times at key points by the chairman saying he was out of order-at the point of calling Tony Brown a puppet. Ital was told he could not talk about people-at the point of saying that American beach was war'ed upon by Nassau county etc. Ital was told that he was not telling the truth etc., the Observer was informed that FBI was called in that night and was even present at the meeting shortly after Ital spoke. Please note -Tony Brown is a black developer who is working for higher powers to take and control American Beach. Tony Brown owns property on the beach - Judge Henry Adams is also in that boat of Uncle Toms etc. The observer found out that night that many whites own land at American Beach. Tony Brown's wife is spearheading a project to help a white man build a bread and breakfast on American Beach - this was the purpose of the following meeting, to push her project through. This meeting was cancelled at the last moment - we will keep you, the world informed via The American Beach Observer. Marsha Dean Phelts; A 'negro' of the 21st century wrote the only complete history of Florida's American Beach; Titled-An American Beach For African Americans she owned a home for many years on Historic Lewis Street, west of The Observer; at the enterpoint of Lewis Street; across the street from her; back in about 1974 A.I.P [Amelia Island Plantation] bought land for storage space; in 2002 there or abouts she sold out, to the Fathers of The American Beach CRA plan-as A.I.P offered to buy every body out of American Beach; Marsha Dean Phelts is one of the founders of C.D.A [Community Developement Agency etc.,] this scholar traces the history of the island from 1781-she has not the interst of Black culture in mind-these old 'wigs' of American Beach has not the revolutionary spirit-she sold out; and built a mansion near the water blocking the ocean view of smaller homes... The following will show you her true spirit:- in a signed copy of her book to Nassau County Library she presents a copy of her book to The Fernandina Beach Public Library in HONOR of the Nassau County Planning Commission! The planning Commission are ones of the ones trying to take The Black Beach; do they have this ['negress' in their pocket]? Marsha Dean Phelts - is an elementary school librarian and a librarian at the Florida Genealogy Department of The Jacksonville Public Library. Crook of Gainesville, and José ‚. Fernandez of Casselberry to the Florida Folklife Council. The Council provides advice and support to the Florida Folklife Program. Marcia Dean Phelts is a media specialist with the Duval County School System and a librarian with the Florida Genealogy Department of the Jacksonville Public Library. She is the author of An American Beach fo rAfrican Americans, a social history of the beach community located south of Amelia Island. Larry N. Crook is an Associate Professor of Music and Anthropology at the University of Florida. He has special expertise in the music of Brazil, Africa, and India, and has authored numerous articles on Brazilian music. José ‚. Fernandez is an Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and a Professor of History and Foreign Languages at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Fernandez has published several books on Cuban and Florida history and on Spanish language instruction. Other members of the Folklife Council include Stephen Stuempfle (Miami)-Chairperson, Howard Pardue (Tallahassee), James Bille (Clewiston), and Ernestine Ray (Ft. Lauderdale).
